Aluminium is equipped with good thermal conductivity. When it comes to windows, this property is a disadvantage since the cold from the outside is directed inwards. To solve this problem, the profile is pressed into two sections and a bridge of polyamide is rolled between the profiles. Polyamide has a very low thermal conductivity coefficient and its resistance and hardness is very high.

With our equipment, we can produce thermally broken profiles up to a length of 13,000 mm in mill finish, and up to 7,000 mm in anodised or powder coated thermally broken profiles.
